Note on IMEI number: To locate your 15 digit IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identifier or serial number), enter *#06# into your Nokia via the keypad, the IMEI will then be displayed on the screen. Alternatively, remove the rear cover and battery from your Nokia: the IMEI will be printed on a small barcode label attached to the body of the phone. The IMEI number will usually appear in the format XXXXXX/XX/XXXXXX/X. When entering it into the form, please don't include the / marks.
